You will need:
3 tbsp of baking soda
A kilo of lemons
12 cups of water
5 bunches of parsley
A glass bottle
Preparation: First, rinse the whole lemons in cold water. Then, in a bowl of warm water, place the lemons and the baking soda and leave them like that for an hour. After the hour has passed, wash the parsley and chop it and then pour the 12 cups of water in a pot and add the parsley and the remaining ingredients. Cook the mixture on low heat for 2 to 3 hours. Next, remove the pot from the heat and transfer the mixture into the glass bottle. Store it in the fridge.
Use:
Opt for 4 tbsp of the remedy in the morning, prior to breakfast. Repeat the treatment on a daily basis for a period of 20 days.
